The problem is WP 4.5.1
After update from WP 4.4.2 users cannot add entry in Gwolle guestbook.

And what stopped working? You cannot click the button, the form does not appear?
I have restored website from backup so at present there is no link to the problem.
If it helps I can set up a temporary site with problem.
Button is there but the form does not appear.
After restore to WP 4.4.2 I first updated Gwolle to 1.7.
No problem there but after update of WP to 4.5.1 no form appears.
I would expect there is a JavaScript bug somewhere. You probably use a plugin or theme that uses a jQuery function the wrong way.
You could check if there are updates for other plugins, and if someone reported a bug on one of those lugins that has to do with WP 4.5.

After update of the theme Responsive Pro guestbook now works properly.
