    HI,

I copied the code into my page and it's adding additional lines of code and I can't find where to take it out.

I published the page so you could see what I mean:

Where can I go to remove this and make the boxes active so people can leave comments?

    Thanks.

Sorry I think I'm to late. The link doesn't seem to work anymore.
If I still should help please tell me.

I believe my page shows exactly what lizzy313 is talking about. I installed the plugin exactly as described, and although it is working, there is some weird lines of code underneath it.
Please take a look here and tell me how to get rid of it.

Sorry I cannot see them. If I goto the link above I only get the message:
"You must be logged in to post a comment."

O.k. now I know what you mean. This code is included in the comment form by default via WordPress already.
There is no way to remove it with the comment-guestbook-plugin at the moment. But I'm already working on option to change the comment form. Afterwards you will have the possibility to change or hide this text.
The new version should be finished in about 2 weeks.

That sounds good. It's weird that I don't see this on anyone else's page... other than the person who's message I originally replied to here in this thread.

I have released a new version now. I this version there is an option included to change the so called "notes after form fields". If you enter an empty string the standard notes will be hidden.
