 * Please add an option for authorize the guest user to create a ticket and remove
   the login/register form 🙂

 * yeah forsure but the issue is that if the guest user is not logged in, means 
   anyone with the email address can access the ticket and respond to it. Not saying
   it’s not possible, but it would definitely have some pros/cons.
 * The purpose for the login is to ensure that tickets are secure and can only be
   seen by the authenticated user.

 * In this case, do what I saw elsewhere …
    An email and, a reference send on this
   mail … As the person can follow the ticket only with the mail AND The reference
   🙂

 * haha anything is possible, i just need to understand some more things 🙂
 * first thing, email address + reference number is not very different from email
   address + password. When a guest ticket author comes back they still have to 
   enter credentials to log in for either scenario. Which is why I’m having a hard
   time understanding the benefit of having a guest ticket feature.
 * Perhaps if you can explain to me how this could benefit you as the site admin,
   or the customers you have, I can then understand it better and figure out the
   best approach to do this!

 * In fact, I am a French Youtuber / Streamer.
    I have a good community on the Internet
   and, I do not want to explode the database of my site with user accounts x) And
   so I would like a support system that would serve the unban of my lives … But
   I do not want people to sign up … I just want him to make tickets and follow 
   them 🙂
