    Hi there,

    I’m using this plugin at the moment, and I’ve got a few questions I’m hoping you might be able to help with.

    Firstly, I’m trying to set up the plugin so that when a ticket is replied to, the email link can be clicked on and a person can reply without having to enter a name and e-mail. It seems quite convoluted, as all tickets will be guests.

    Secondly, I’d love to be able to change the label that says “Description” when a customer is replying to a ticket reply. Ideally something like “Your response” would be perfect.

    Therefore the process would be the following:

    Customer submits ticket
    We reply
    Customer can reply directly from clicking on e-mail, with no personal details necessary.

    @nsgawli : my +1 for the ticket initiator’s name and e-mail be pre-filled when an existing ticket is being replied by a not-logged-in guest using the {ticket_url} link.

    Hi both,

    We are going to add this feature in next version for guest ticket. Other option is, you can use our Email piping add-on. Client can create ticket just by sending email to your support or reply ticket by replying to email notification without need to login your site.

    To change Description field label please goto Support Plus > Advance Settings > Re-order Field.

    Thanks so much for your prompt reply!
    That’s fantastic news that you’ll be adding it in the next version!! Is there any way I can buy the Email piping add-on separately in the interim? I’d only be using it until the next version comes out.
    Also the Description label is the one that displays when you are replying to a ticket when clicking on the email link, not the one that displays when you create a ticket.

    Sorry we did not sell single add-on. You can not change the label on open ticket page.
