Guest Ticket Issues

I’m using this plugin at the moment, and I’ve got a few questions I’m hoping you might be able to help with.
Firstly, I’m trying to set up the plugin so that when a ticket is replied to, the email link can be clicked on and a person can reply without having to enter a name and e-mail. It seems quite convoluted, as all tickets will be guests.
Secondly, I’d love to be able to change the label that says “Description” when a customer is replying to a ticket reply. Ideally something like “Your response” would be perfect.
Therefore the process would be the following:
Customer submits ticket
We reply
Customer can reply directly from clicking on e-mail, with no personal details necessary.
