    This looks interesting.

    Installed the plugin and when a guests open a ticket he has a notification mail but it not having a worpdress e-mail with his account.

    Did we miss a setting or is a WordPress user not made when he opens a ticket ?

    System send email notifications to multiple users according to settings.

    On new ticket create system send email notification to
    – User
    – Admin
    – Staff members

    – If admin not receive email notifications, check settings
    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Mail Settings

    – If user not receive email notification.
    JS Support Ticket always send email to user on new ticket creation.
    If user not receive email notification, please check
    – CMS(Word press or Joomla) email settings.
    – Mail server settings.

    – Email plugin for Word press users
    If you are using Word press and have problem to sending email, check these plugin.
