• My website currently requires users to login to access the site. I am setting up a social network-type site where users will have the ability to write posts. I have set the user settings so that new users are “authors”. However, I want people to be able to view the site and all of the content before deciding to sign up. I have created a user called “Guest”, who I set as “subscriber”. Is there a way to give new visitors access to the site through a common user, or is there another way to provider “read-only” access to the site. The site in question is http://www.thefreecollective.org. I am using the WP symposium suite of plugins as the social network framework.
