Does anyone use GTranslate and found that they have problems with the new free version. Gtranslate website says that u r supposed to download and replace all files in the wp-content/plugins directory since a Google change back in Nov 11. I did this and it did not work. Gave me this error:
“Sorry, this URL is invalid;
So i deleted the plugin completely from my wordpress dashboard and from wp-content/plugins/ on my server. I downloaded again from their site all the files and recopied them back to this location; same error again. So I deleted it all again and went to my dashboard and installed gtrans that way and it did put a widget in but it does not have the flags it just has a little google looking icon.
There is no where in settings to change this. But it does translate the site now. So is that the way it should look now?
When installing from WordPress it is a version called 1.0.10. Is that an old version? GTranslate version from their site is 1.0.3x
Anyway not working if i download files from their website; working but looks funny from installing from WordPress. Any suggestions?
Or does anyone know of another plugin that can be a widget in the sidebar for translation (not babelfish). Thank you.
