 * Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time on this one.
 * The various ping requests are in place to allow the visitor to connect to their
   nearest server, and as such they are identical.
 * We will be working on these in the future to prevent them from showing as an 
   error in performance monitors such as GTMetrix.
 * I hope this helps clarify why these are present. You can, of course, remove these
   by switching to the self-hosted solution instead. This can be achieved by clicking
   on Live Chat -> Settings -> Advanced Features -> And disabling the use of our
   servers.
