    Hello Thomas,

    thanks a lot for your plugin! I have correctly installed enhanced e-commerce, in the same way as in my other shop and there its working fine.

    I guess my issue in the new shop is the WooCommerce Multi-Step Checkout by SilkyPress, the step urls are warenkorb/#1 warenkorb/#2 etc. Somehow are events sometimes firing correctly and sometimes they do not fire. The gtm4wp.OrderCompleteEEC event on the thank you page is missing every time.

    Should I use Cart as 1st checkout step?

    Could you please make a test order? I really need your feedback.

    Hi Alex,

    The “User cart page as 1st step” option will only change numbering of steps, it will not solve your case.

    I placed a test order and it seems to me that for some reason GTM4WP detects the order received page as the cart page and not the order received page. It could happen that the multi step checkout plugin falsly reports your order received page as the cart page or you set the same WordPress Page in the “Cart” and “Checkout” options in WooCommerce advanced settings.
