    Hi,

Do you have any log of the REST communication?
What REST API commands are invoked during communication?

    Hello,

Plentymarkets uses Read/Write Woocommercer REST API.
We don’t have any logs on Plentymarkets.

Here’s a description of the connection between Plentymarkets and Woocommerce: https://marketplace.plentymarkets.com/en/woocommerce_5102.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

I just created a new WooCommerce REST API key on my sandbox site and used 3 API endpoints:
    – listing orders
    – listing products
    – querying one product

All went well without any error message.

If you can provide more details on which REST API endpoint is failing and perhaps any error message, I am more than happy to investigate and if necessary, fix any bugs.

Hi Tomas, thanks a lot for checking this out.

As it turned out the Plentymarkets platform also has its own plugins – what I wasn’t aware of – that need to be updated. The plugin to utilize Woocommerce API was outdated and update to the latest version solved the issue.

    Thank you once again!
