    We are trying to pull through the GTIN/EAN information into our feed but it’s always empty. The information is available for each of the products, I had to pair the GTIN attribute up with the EAN number supplied but this still does not work. Is there a way I can manually map this?

    We are working on the GTIN/EAN issue. It will be fixed on our next release. Kindly update to the latest version when the next version is release.

    Please update CTX Feed to the latest version. Hope it will solve the GTIN/EAN not in feed issue.

    I tried updating to the latest version and it crashes my entire site

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 172 of the file /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce-pro/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce-pro.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce-pro/libs/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/includes/helper.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’)

    I tested the same update on a staging copy of the site and the same issue. Currently on 5.2.63 and trying to update to 5.2.74
