GT metrix integration subdirectory

Files of my site are in a subdirectory. when I try to test the GT metrix integration I get an error that says page not found 404 because the script tries to test as follows: https://domain.com/subfolder instead of https://domain.com. Can I solve this somewhere without having to go up the site one level ( -> root)
