• Hi Guys

    I need help please!

I migrated from wordpress.com to self hosted .org site. I am now struggling to manage my mail settings on my G-suite in my google admin panel and add users as it still sends me to the old wrdpress.com backend which used to have the domain my self hosted site now has. This is obviously not applicable anymore. I obviously need to link the G-suit account to my new self hosted domain, but am really struggling to do so.

    the domain is secretsunrise.com.
    email from g-suit is global@secretsunrise.com
And I am wanting to add users…
Do you know how I can achieve this?

This is all I have found online with a similar problem – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/gsuite-after-migration-to-self-hosted/.
They suggest something to do with the DNS. Are there any specifics?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Have migrated your subscribers? If not you can migrate your subscribers following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

Adding users on Gsuite has nothing to do with your web servers

This is a lil confusing, can you post a screenshot?

Not sure how to post a screenshot on this platform.

But essentially I am trying to add a user on my G-suite account. Traditionally it takes you to your wordpress backend where you simply add a user.

The problem is that I have recently migrated my site to wordpress.org with the same domain in order to self host. Yet when trying to add a user on G-suite it still takes me to the old wordpress.com. Then I try add a user and obviously I get:
“Sorry, G Suite cannot be added to this domain. The domain name servers are not hosted here”.
