Hi @nealumphred,
Thanks for reaching out! The growth rate in the Weekly WP Mail SMTP Summary reflects the change in the number of emails sent from your site compared to the previous week. A growth rate of zero percent indicates that the number of emails sent has remained constant over the past few weeks. This means your email sending activity is stable, with no increase or decrease in the volume of emails being sent from your sites.
To determine if there are any issues on your sites, please navigate to the WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events section and check for any “failed” events. For more detailed information, please refer to this guide.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
@nealumphred,
If the growth rate shows 0 for each week, this suggests that the number of emails sent in the current week might be the same as the number sent in the previous week.
However, we’ve shared this with the dev team and they’ll be working on enhancements to the weekly email summaries that will be included in future releases.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Normal rate of emails sent on my six sites varies from 0 to 5% per week. To have zero for all six sites for seveal weeks seemed odd.
I did the WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events and there were 45 errors bduring June-September 2024 but no errors since.
