I am using the generatepress theme and just noticed the menu on mobile doesn’t work. The menu bar appears with the hamburger symbol and says menu but if you click on it, nothing happens. It should drop down and display my categories. After disabling plugins one by one, I found that the menu works after I disable Grow or W3 Total Cache so there is a conflict with those two plugins. Since W3 Total Cache speeds up my site significantly, I have left that enables but disabled Grow. I would like to use both plugins so any ideas is greatly appreciated.

I did go through several of the settings in Grow, disabling many options one by one to try to troubleshoot the problem, but the problem persisted even when I had both the floating sidebar and inline social buttons disabled.

Just to be clear – the menu on desktop has always worked and was unaffected by all the changes I made. Only the menu on mobile is affect.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I’m sorry for the delayed response.

This is a strange and unexpected issue.

Could you reach out via grow@mediavine.com so that we can dig in more effectively?

    Hi Jordan,

Thanks for your reply. Since you replied, I reactivated Grow and the problem seems to have fixed itself. It’s still a mystery as to why this problem ever occurred but it’s not a problem anymore! I’m happy to have Grow activated on my site again.

    Thanks,
    Seth
