 * I’ve indicated for groups to be changed for users buying a certain product, but
   many have tried it and their groups did not change.
 * Please advice.

 * Groups by itself won’t change groups based on a product purchase. Could you please
   indicate what you are using to sell the products?

 * I am using woocommerce.
 * Does that mean that after someone has bought the product, I’ve to change his 
   group manually if I want to do that?

 * Hi – look in Woocommerce > Groups settings and see if the Order Status says processing
   or completed. If your site orders doesn’t automatically go into a completed status,
   choose “processing”.
