 * I have groups checkboxes on the website,
    and the problem I have is even when
   some of them are unchecked the subscriber is inserted in all groups, can you 
   tell me if this is a known issue or I did something wrong. Here are the screenshots
   of the site, configuration and subscribed users.

 * For testing, is it possible to remove the default checked value of all the checkboxes
   and then test again? Let us know the results.

   selected.
