 * I see that “Lists” appears when Integrating with Woocommerce.
    However, how can
   I get “Groups” to appear as well?
 * I would like to have a customer automatically assigned to a “Group” within my“
   List” after completing an order. How can this be done?

   If yes, then there are 2 ways to add users to a group.
 * You can use the code at below link to show additional checkbox on the Checkout
   page

 * The code can be added to the “functions.php” file located inside your active 
   theme folder.
