    Ok, so I have created a calendar, added an activity, dropped them into the calendar and grouped them together to create a term of ten classes. This is so a customer selects the group and makes one payment.

    In the past, this has worked perfectly. Now, I am doing the exact same thing and cannot select the group to create the booking form. They are faded out and cannot be clicked on.

    Can you please help? I’m using the free version as it’s exactly what I needed.

    Hello,

    If the group is grayed out, it means that it is somehow not available. Maybe one of its events is unavailable or past.
    In the form editor, in the “Calendar” field settings, click on “show advanced options” and
    In the “Availability” tab
    – Check if all its events are within the availability period (both relative and absolute).
    – Check if its events are past, and if so, if the “allow to book past events” option is activated.

    In the calendar editor, in the category settings, “Availability” tab
    – If the group has already been booked, check if the “max user per event” or “max booking per user” is reached already.
    – If one of its events is past, check if the “started group bookable” option is activated.

    In the “permission” tab
    – Empty the box (with CTRL+Click) or make sure that the customer has one the selected roles. Non logged-in users don’t have any roles.

    In the calendar settings
    – Make sure all its events are included between opening and closing of the calendar

    Hi,

    Thanks so much for getting back to me. I could group the classes in a group of 9 without any issues but when I grouped them as 10, the classes became greyed out and could not be selected.

    However, upon your advice, I made the “past events bookable” and now the group of 10 can be booked. Even though the dates are 4th Feb 2019 to 12th April 2019.

    It works now and that’s the main thing. Thanks for your prompt response!

    Hello,

    It sounds like a bug, I would like to try to reproduce the bug on my side.

    Can you give me the list of events of this group?
    (select the group on a calendar and copy the list displayed below the calendar)
    And tell me what 10th event is it that caused the problem?
