Group by taxonomy

I’d like to group posts by a custom taxonomy and show the taxonomy label only once.

I don’t really need full order-by/group-by machinery. My posts are already ordered as I need them. I really just want an option “[x] Don’t show if same as previous” under “[x] Show the custom taxonomies.” (Other users might like the same for Categories and Tags.)
