Group access ?

    I want to make a couple of sections for instance Web 2.0 and CSS Designs.
    I have users that have access to web 2.0 as editors meaning when they log in, they can edit that section only and nothing else. This should be the same for section CSS Designs
    Is this possible with WordPress or is there a plugin that lets me do this ?

    Can i get some advice about this
