Thanks for the bug report, I will do some testing and let you know when there is a fix.

I did some testing and found out by making the order an “online-order” then back to “POS” it counts the data. A sloppy way I was thinking of fixing it was making it so it went “online-order” then to “POS” so it counted as data but still was in the correct category.

    Looking forward to the fix!

Did you fix this problem ???

    Reports works for me 🙂

    Woopos 0.4.4 and WC 2.3.6

I have the same issue, can you please help me telling me what can I do to fix it?

    Same problem.

Please revert with how to include this in the gross and nett sales report

I am still researching this problem. It does not affect all users and it’s something that I haven’t been able to reproduce on my dev install, which makes me think it could be a plugin conflict.

If you are experiencing this problem can you please comment with the following information:

    – Are you using WooCommerce POS Pro?
    – Are you using any other reporting plugins with WooCommerce?

I am running WooCommerce POS Free, and had to get “Smart Reporter for e-Commerce” But the problem was there beforehand and Smart Reporter does show the correct amounts. My list of plugins below:

    • Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
    • Groups
    • Leadin
    • Meta Slider
    • Nav Menu Roles
    • Newsletter
    • Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    • Simple Login Log
    • SiteOrigin Widget Bundle
    • Smart Reporter for e-commerce (Not the cause)
    • WooCommerce
    • WooCommerce Simple Registration
    • Theme is vantage premium

As soon as I update the sale from POS to online in the completed order, then it shows up in the gross sales.

Running the free version. I don’t want to take the risk and purchase the pro version until this is working.

    Hello kilbot,

Exactly the same problem with PRO version here. No others report plugins installed.
Let me know if you need any more info.

    Thanks a lot

    Best

Has there been any updates to this?

I want to purchase the PRO version but I can’t until this is resolved.

I am having the same problem. The POS sales are not counting on reports. Anyone know how to fix this bug?

HOW CAN PRINT AND MAKE BARCODE FOR I CAN USE EASY SCAN ?
