    I’ve got the “grid page” template selected for all of my pages. It formats correctly everywhere except for the page I’m using for my homepage, which appears to be full width. Any ideas why or how to fix this? Thanks!

    The full width template and the grid template won’t work at the same time on the same page.

    I don’t want to use them both at the same time. I want the main page to have the narrower text formatting that the grid page displays on all the other pages.

    Just to check I’ve understood — it sounds like you want the homepage content area to be narrower (rather than filling the width of the white background), like the About page:

    Is that correct? If so, the layout of this page is wider because it is set as the site homepage. Default and grid page templates are ignored for any static page that is set as the homepage — a homepage template is automatically used instead. You’ll notice this behaviour is the same on the Dara theme demo site:
