# Grid not loading

 * We are having a problem where our member grids are not loading.
 * Console is showing the error: “Uncaught Error: Template not found: #tmpl-um-member-
   grid-d84ff”
 * I do see a class d84ff but no ID that matches that. Wondering if there is a change
   in an update that is causing this?

 * These custom templates on your website may be outdated: **members.php**, **members-
   grid.php**, **members-list.php**.
 * Is it possible that you missed a few updates? You should have updated your custom
   templates after upgrading to version 2.11.1. A problem related to required template
   update has been answered in these threads:
