grid mode on Single Product pages

Hi there,

Thanks for the plugin, have been using it for some weeks now.
I was wondering, how can I achieve the grid layout of the reviews on the single product pages? What is the best approach?
I could place the shortcode into the product description, but that wouldn’t be the ideal solution. Or that is the only one?
I could create a new product tab manually, adding the shortcode with the grid layout. In the meantime disabling the default customer review panel?

How I can achieve this the best way?

Hi,

Thank you for using CusRev.

You can remove the default reviews tab and add the grid review shortcode to a custom tab or the Descriptions tab to show reviews in grid mode.

I’m going through the same thing. Today my questions and answers are on the tab and I think it’s bad, because the client doesn’t even know what to click on. I would like to leave it above or below the description. I opened the link: https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000634215-current-product-reviews-in-grid-or-slider

but don’t prepare myself at all. Can someone make me the best how to do it? what code and where to insert? is it without css? what folder is usually left? these details are important for those who don’t understand. Thanks

You can follow WooCommerce documentation to know how to override WooCommerce templates https://woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/

Then you can add the shortcode to the product template. If you feel it is still complicated, you can try to contact a developer to help you to implement the shortcode.

I read it and as I understand it is to insert in php.

Okay, in the given link you mention the code: echo do_shortcode( ‘[cusrev_reviews_grid products=’ . get_queried_object_id() . ‘ shop_reviews=”false” ]’ );

I added it to php and nothing happened.

Sorry to ask for more details but I don’t have a developer and I try to do everything myself, a help would be gratifying
