You haven’t given us much to go on here; we don’t know about which versions of software you’re using, which theme, and where your website is. So without that information we can tell you that some themes do not play nice with this plugin. Try activating a theme like twentynineteen, and if Gift Wrapper then works, you know it is your theme. It is likely the way your theme has set up the DOM and CSS. It could have to do with hooks, though. Ok. First of all you definitely need to update WooCommerce before I will troubleshoot. Sorry, I do not work on software that isn’t up-to-date. Also, I can’t inspect on that site because the Wrapper plugin isn’t live. Have you tried activating twentynineteen and verifying it is theme? I would like to know that, and have the plugin activated to work with, before I go to work troubleshooting your theme. Hopefully you have a dev site?
