Greybox Styling Question

  • Hi all.
Using WP 3.0.5 and the Atahualpa theme, version 3.4.6

I have installed the Greybox Integrator Plugin because I want a popup feature to place a video gallery from another page inside the Greybox iframe. I don’t, however, want scroll bars on the iframe; I just want it to position itself over the other web page as an open box with no option to scroll. I know many frown on the ‘no scroll’ stuff, but in this case, it will be ok because the only thing visible in the iframe will be a video gallery. The user essentially won’t even think of it as an iframe, just a video popup overlay.

Anyway, here is a link to a page in development. You can click on the “Click” link on the page to see what I mean. I can handle the positioning of the video with no problem, I just want to get rid of any possibility of a horizontal or vertical scroll bar.

Also, here is the plugin generated code that triggers the iframe if that helps.

<a href="http://tjicco.org/wp/video-page-for-greybox-experiment" title="Brought to you by GreyBox Integrator WordPress Plugin" rel="gb_page_center[640,410]">Click</a>

I keep thinking I can wrap this in a div and then style the scrollbars out with overflow: hidden, but it doesn’t work:

    Any suggestions? Thank you!
