Grey Box over Payment Selection

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my checkout page.
    I am not able to select the payment method. It seems like there is a grey box which is overlaying the options.

    Can you help me with this problem?

    Hi @tranos,

    What you describe is not related to the WooCommerce plugin from cross testing on other installs for you to gain a comparison set of results. Isolated behaviour like you describes which cannot be replicated or something which is displaying on other installs is usually due to a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Have you tested by disabling all plugins on your site leaving WooCommerce as the only plugin activated and then also switching themes to a theme like the free Storefront theme?

    If not I would suggest that you perform this level of testing to try and locate the software which is causing this grey box on your site.
