Greet people on different languages

    Hi,
    I need plugin which greet people every time but on other language every time, no matter from where they visit my site. Example is on http://www.flickr.com

    For example:

    G’day fgolos!
    Now you know how to greet people in Australian!

    Does anybody has some solution or know where I can find?
