Greedy plugin developer and annoying banners

    I purchased both their Order Sync and Stock Sync, and it’s been a complete nightmare!

    Their banners take up your above-the-fold space, constantly asking you to leave a 5-star review.

    And guess what? There’s no way to close them. When you try to “X” them out, it simply gives you an option to be reminded to leave a 5-star review within 7 days—without any option to say, “Don’t show this again.”

    Look, I prepaid in full, okay? It’s my right to choose whether to review or not.

    If you make it this difficult for me, I’m spending my time here to leave you a 1-star review instead.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    The close option (For Forever) was available earlier – when you pressed “X” a popup with a dropdown appeared, allowing you to select the option “Remind me Never.” However, the dropdown wasn’t functioning correctly in the Order Sync Plugin, though it works seamlessly in the Stock Sync Plugin. You’re welcome to test it out there.

    👉 The good news is that we’ve addressed this by completely removing the review section from our Order Sync Plugin. Please update to the latest version (v1.11.2) and confirm if the issue has been resolved.
