If you don’t get response soon, just write second time and they will reply immediately (only bear in mind their time zone (NY, US)). I needed some CSS customizations and they reacted quickly, doing the job just as I wanted. It’s recommendable to attach screenshots, suggesting thus exactly what you need and speeding up the whole process. Integration with Elementor smooth so far. Thumbs up for the great theme!
