Support » Plugin: MailPoet - emails and newsletters in WordPress » Great until you surpass 2000 subscribes, only troubles from then on

  • Slow support, it takes up to a day to receive an answear. The free version is great but once you have more than 2000 subcribers and you switch to their servers to send emails it becomes annoying. I am constantly banned from sending emails, they keep making me clean my emailing list (I have to pay for that as well) and it’s getting increasingly expensive because I have to pay the monthly subscription AND for a third party service to clean up my list of emails. Sufice to say it’s an ongoing vicious cycle.

    Hi @olievvy,

We understand it can be very frustrating to have your sending suspended when starting to send with our own sending service.

However, you had nearly 16% of your emails going to inactive addresses and that’s the main reason why your account was banned.

We offer bounce management for users sending with us to keep your lists clean, not to clean your lists for you. We’re not a cleaning service, that’s why we recommend using one before sending with us.

Our reputation as senders is an important key to the success of our users. This is why we follow strict deliverability standards. Unfortunately, you were using a poorly maintained list that was not up to our standard.

I see you are very quick to answear to reviews but it takes up to a day to answear to your clients’ emails.
Thank you for everything but I’m moving on to another service that offers more tools than MailPoet.
