  • All working great until a few days ago when all of a sudden I can’t add new events, change dates or times on any existing events, style anything and new all the CSS is stripped out of the live version just leaving a long line of text. I can’t even export the events at this point.

    Can you please create a support ticket via this link https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help. That way our support team can work with you to find a resolution.

    Please ensure you have signed into the Timely network on the settings page of your calendar, or you will not be able to create the support ticket.

    I have created a support ticket and I was told to use the troubleshooting guide which I have done everything in there to no avail. Part of the problem lies in that I cannot log into the Timely network via the settings page of my calendar…there is no form, nothing links….

    This issue with the Timely login form not appearing has been the result of out-dated PHP on the server/host. Can you double check the version of PHP your host is running and advise?
