    I have been using Jilt since I launched my e-commerce website to assist with cart recoveries and so far so good. The automations are easy to create based on rules. It is also quite useful to be able to broadcast a one off email outside of your usual mailing provider.

    It also gives you some visibility on the products customers add to their basket allowing you to judge popularity and demand.

    Recently, I noticed how the external script was eating away some of my site speed and reached out to their support team who very quickly provided a function to fix the problem.

    There are no doubt some improvements they could make such as:
    – allow an exclusion list so that you do not track your own carts when testing
    – allow for visibility on who has engaged with the broadcasts at a granular level rather than in generic numbers
    – the ability to purge carts older than x days

    Overall I am quite happy with the existing features specially at no cost.
