 * I run a WP website for a nonprofit and came across ShortPixel while researching
   image optimization plugins. I tried it on the basis of strong reviews and their
   policy of providing free credits for nonprofits. I contacted ShortPixel and to
   ask about the credits and heard back almost immediately. They asked for some 
   basic information to verify my organization and less than an hour later I was
   up and running with a free account with enough additional credits to cover my
   needs. Organizations that provide free and/or reduced price services for nonprofits
   are a godsend for lots of small, shoestring organizations.
 * I’ve just finished optimizing my media library and the process was fast and simple.
   On the basis of benchmarks I found published, this tool’s optimization is on 
   par with its competitors. I know from my experience that their tech support is
   very responsive.
 * I strongly recommend ShortPixel on the basis of the tool’s ease of use, the organization’s
   responsiveness, and their willingness to support nonprofits.
