Great theme, even better support

I’m not one to buy WordPress themes and will usually just install a free theme and work with it.

However having looked at many themes i thought that Winsome suited my needs greatly, payment was easy and stress free, the loading of the files was very easy, then came the setup. The instructions given are on the moderate side, there seems to be holes in the instructions to create a full set up that looks like the purchased theme BUT!
The team are online to talk to, I asked one question of them and that was all that was needed. Before i knew it they wanted to go ahead install the whole theme AND set it up to look like the demo…free of charge! No catch, just 30 minutes-45 minutes of my time to stay online.

Whilst this was going on Support were still on the line to continue answering any questions i had, amazing. They have said that a full instruction document will be available in due time so that the end user can install Winsome alone and manually, until then they look to offer the free installation and set up.

All in all it was a great service from the team on a very easy to use and polished theme. I’d recommend very highly.
