And I am sad, because I installed Sydney and love it, but it seems it’s no longer being supported or updated 🙁
Even on their Facebook page, last comment they made was July 23 at 1:25am, so it seems a shame they must have quit supporting this Theme? 🙁

Not sure where you got the idea Sydney is no longer being updated/supported from!
We last updated the theme earlier this month and that is the 31st update since version 1.0.
We also answer support questions about Sydney every day both here on WordPress.org and our own site.
Using SYDNEY Theme, In the DEMO6 page for example, when you scroll down the page, you see a background photo, the one with the keyboard and lady with glasses, see photo below:

How do I add a photo like that to a page? It is behind the “we just launched our new app” section.
Where is that photo changed or added in DEMO 6 exactly?
