Terrible theme – Accesspress Store

This theme works great the first two weeks, but as soon as it updates it breaks and breaks some more. Support is pretty much non-existent and their English is very bad when they do respond. Simple issues like banner images that disappear on some pages and are replaced with the default ones are impossible to fix unless you are willing to spend hours going through their code. Images don’t load correctly in the widgets, elements are misaligned after updating the theme. The product sorter has never sorted anything since the first day of installation. Every time you mail them about these problems they hide behind “it’s a plugin conflict”, when it obviously isn’t.
Their solution to the problems are to upgrade, then they will login in to your site and fix it for you. So every time there is a problem you are going to have to allow them entry intro your store backend. So there goes your security.
Nice design, poor construction and support. Avoid this theme like the plague. There are better themes out there with way better support.
