Great Support that makes the plugin great.

I integrated Filebird (lite) and Filebird Document Library (Pro) with the WordPress-based Website I used PageLayer Pro to design. To get the flexibility I wanted, I implemented it with the shortcode option. The plugin worked well, but the look-and-feel did not match the scheme I use for my Website, so I set about modifying the CSS, but did not have the experience I needed to do that wihtout introducing errors.

I contacted Filebird support via the on-line chat and waited for a response. (I didn’t realize I was contacting them during ‘off’ hours. (They are at GMT+7 and I am at GMT-4). They contacted me anyway and offered to modify the CSS for me! I sent a jpeg of the screen that displays the output shortcode Filebird generated, and indicated my preferred colors (normal, highlighted, and selected) for all the items. It took two rounds of communication (which I was happy to do) before I was able to specify correctly what I wanted.

They notified me of their progress via email, and a day later, I received an email from them with the CSS they developed for me. Using Pagelayer Pro’s edior, I installed the new CSS on the page on which I had saved the shortcode from the Document Library. Their solution served two purposes. (1) it saved me hours of time and frustration and generated a solution that worked, (2) It helps me understand the syntax used for styling the output from the plugin. I am deeply grateful for their support; it makes the plugin very valuable. .
