 * There is a reason it is popping up on reviews of support plugins. It really is
   a great little plugin. I looked at a number of wordpress options, I loved that
   this does not require users to see the backend of a site!It also does not require
   a third party service but lives nice and tidily in your site.
 * Nice functionality, interface and customizable. Stop hunting and just go for 
   it.
