great support; economical plan options

The plugin and extensions really do block file access as much as possible (nothing can keep people from screenshotting or taking a photo, although watermarking can mitigate that.) In addition, support has been great, and I appreciate the option to buy lifetime access instead of paying for an inevitably-increasing yearly subscription.
