Great support, but troubleshooting took a while

    Overall Experience: The support team is very helpful and eventually solved my issue.

    Troubleshooting Process: It took quite a long time between replies, and I had to provide administrative access for them to identify that it was a plugin compatibility conflict.

    Feedback: While the resolution was successful and the service itself is great, the process was a bit tedious and could be more efficient.
