Great support (apart from the great product, of course)

I chose the Blocksy theme as one of many available and first of all I am very happy with the product itself and secondly with the support itself. Blocksy – ease of editing, speed of the site itself, which – unlike some – is a really big difference. Support: speed and quality of support leave behind others, where you can send a ticket, and after a long time the answer comes that does not bring anything and does not solve the problem. In the case of Blocksy, I have reported a problem several times so far (including one that I should have solved myself) and a moment later not only was I given a solution, but even Edurad solved something for me. Generally, I am impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the support – many could learn from you!
