Great support and smooth migration from Judge.me

We recently migrated from Judge.me to ReviewX and the process went very well. The ReviewX Chat support team was helpful and quick to respond.

At first, the plugin got stuck after we deleted some reviews (It showed a message “We’re upgrading your store to ReviewX-v2.0.”), but we solved it by resetting the PHP version on our server through cPanel. After that, everything worked perfectly.

So far we’re really happy with the plugin and how it displays our reviews. The only small thing we noticed is that when showing all reviews, the product name is not displayed next to each review — would be great to have that in the future.
