    I’ve used this plugin on multiple projects and it’s a great all around form plugin. The free version has good basic functionality–more than many free plugins—, and the pro version is great-and reasonably priced- for more complex use cases. We’ve been happy with the style customizer, multipart, and pdf submission add-ons.

    Support, particularly the pro support, is top notch. They handle tickets quickly and efficiently.

    Updating to add that the support continues to be top notch.
