• I had some issues in setting up, but the support I received was outstanding. Many Thanks to the team at WPBravo and Andrew in particular who took time out of his weekend to help. 5 Stars Guys!

    Update:

    My initial review was that everything was all good, however, the plugin requires too much manipulation to work effectively as a helpdesk plugin. i.e you need to install additional plugins and create user role restrictions to ensure the agents only have access to the plugin and not the full administration section of wordpress. As you will see from my support tickets it is taking days to get an answer from these guys which is unacceptable. In my opinion, look somewhere else for a helpdesk plugin.
    I have requested a full refund.
