  • Had some issues with the plugin crashing the site, but we believe it was due to a setting with the host. Pim Jitsawang worked with me to resolve the issue and after some back-and-forth, identified the issue with mu-plugins and the host, reinstalled a fresh version of WordPress for me and edited the backup to make it work. In the end, the site was up perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the support.

    UPDATE: Another site, another issue (not with the plugin, but with the site), and Pim to the rescue again! I can’t say enough about the support from this team! The only potential negative is that it takes a few days to get a resolution, but as long as you set your (or your client’s) expectations, they come through with flying colors. In both cases, they could have easily said, “it’s not a problem with our product” but they didn’t. They went the extra mile and helped resolve issues that really aren’t theirs. Kudos!
