Great support. Even before I upgraded to Event Tickets Plus, I was using the free version and still needed some help with setting things up for my site. Support was fantastic and all my issues were resolved within days. I’ve since upgraded to the paid version, and support is still awesome. Sometimes turnaround is within minutes, at most the next day. I’m not sure where the support team is located, but I am in the states (Eastern Standard Time). The product works great, and for my complex festival this was the only product I evaluated that would handle my situation.
