    ***UPDATING REVIEW**

    I bought this plugin for a customer, but I’m really upset. Fortunately my customer is really pacient. Even thouthg the support replies (no too fast even in critical issues) I find myself with new bugs and errors after each update. Sometimes plugin breaks and causes different issues.

    Right now, there is a UI issue in mobile where the “Go to cart” or checkout button appears before the calculator “Previous/next” button. So, my lasts 5 orders arrived in 0 because the users naturally select the wrong button! I sent ticket on Friday and so far, no replies. I agree with some users saying that plugin is unstable.

    To be honest, we didn’t have the best start with the support. However, after some feedback, the support was great and supportive.

    The plugin is amazing, however I feel that there are many issues to be addressed and many improvement opportunities. At the time I’m writing this feedback, I have 3 issues opened.

    Hello!

    For example, I have this #Z93816 that is closed, but the issue is still active and I don’t know when will be fixed. I have many words that I need to change via loco translate but changes are not applying, so I can not launch my project.

    This is one of the best support teams I’ve ever dealt with. My calculator broke after an update, and it turned out that a completely different plugin was causing the issue. The support team responded quickly, fixed everything themselves, and sent me a detailed report explaining what exactly caused the problem.

    I was really impressed with the level of support. I highly recommend this calculator to everyone.

    The only downside is that it doesn’t support BLIK payments in Poland — but apart from that, everything about this calculator is amazing!
