Whilst a plugin has to actually do something useful before anyone will use it, what sets the really useful ones apart is the support. My experience today was 5 star. After starting a chat convo, I had a human within 2 minutes. Monica was quick to request the necessary details, investigate and fix the issue, plus a follow-up point. Perfect!
This was with the free version as well. (I actually do own the pro, but support weren’t aware of that; I was helped straightaway anyway)
